It has been relying on the "Nanhai Shengkai" fsou (floating oil storage and unloading device) with a ship age of more than 40 years to store crude oil. Under the condition of declining production in the old areas of the oilfield group, it is not economical to directly replace new oil tankers in the current oil price bureau. Compared with traditional oil tankers, cylindrical fwpso not only has unique shape, but also has significant advantages in integrating workover function, easy migration, reusable and resisting bad sea conditions. At this time, the air submersible support ship is located in the included angle area between the dynamic riser and 9# anchor cable, and the incident angle of the lifting wire rope laid by the dynamic riser is about 300 °, The actual underwater working surface of air diving operation is only about 15 °.
