"Offshore oil 111" is a floating production, storage and unloading production unit in Panyu oilfield. Since the oilfield was put into operation in 2003, it has been working stably for 13 years and has completed nearly 600 oil lifts. Achievements and honors are accumulating, but the tanker has not been docked for systematic repair since its service, and the hull is aging slowly. In particular, after more than 10 years of wind and rain erosion, the main structure is seriously rusted, which directly affects the safety of oil extraction operation. The replacement of the small platform was highly valued by the tanker manager Nanhai West Petroleum oilfield service (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the leaders of the oilfield operators. The mechanical maintenance department dispatched elite troops to go all out, with the full support of the company's leaders and functional departments.

Since the project is required to be completed between two export operations, the operation window is very limited. In order to complete the project within the owner's plan window, the maintenance team has actively coordinated various preparations after arriving at the oil tanker on October 28; During the operation, the weather and sea conditions were poor, which affected the construction period. The maintenance team paid close attention to the weather forecast, made overall arrangements for the operation contents, accurately grasped the weather window, actively requested the assistance of the tanker party, pushed forward the project progress against time, finally replaced the main structure of the small platform before oil lifting, and additionally carried out grid plate cutting, perimeter welding Grinding and painting.

On November 7, with the completion of the second painting, a new small platform for lifting point operation of outboard oil pipeline was shining! In this operation, the maintenance department used innovative prefabricated special tools for outboard construction, which shortened the time of on-site preparation and construction.
