Recently, Shanye company successfully completed various tasks of the five-year special inspection project of platform B of Weizhou 12-1 oilfield in the west of the South China Sea, including the inspection of the platform's underwater structure and the inspection of the jacket's underwater part, which provides a strong guarantee for the safety and integrity of the offshore facility in the future service period. In this project service, Shanye company has always provided high-quality and safety services for the owner, conducted physical drills on the underwater injury emergency rescue of special personnel of the project at the operation site, and held more than 30 special meetings such as technical disclosure meeting, safety assessment meeting and pre work meeting. The adoption of these measures not only achieved good results, but also carried out a good on-site practice on the company's HSEQ management system documents. There were no recordable safety accidents and environmental pollution accidents during the operation, which won the unanimous praise of the owner and the third party representative. Weizhou 12-1 oilfield is the largest oilfield in Weixinan Oilfield Group and an important part of Beibu Gulf oilfield in the South China Sea. The operation in the west of the South China Sea reviewed and enhanced the experience and strength of Shanye company in the special inspection of the platform in the west of the South China Sea, became familiar with the sea conditions of the operation in this block, and the project members had a further understanding of the relevant inspection standards and specifications. The company has won the first place in the compliance audit of diving contractor of CNOOC for six consecutive years. Recently, it officially obtained the safety qualification of CNOOC diving operation and became the first batch of Diving Contractors recognized by CNOOC.
On September 4, 2012, a group of 5 experts organized by the offshore oil operation safety office of the State Administration of work safety conducted a triennial on-site review of our company's "qualification of offshore facilities inspection and testing organization". The expert group agreed to continue to approve our company through on-site personnel equipment certificate inspection, personnel inquiry, report inspection, equipment viewing, etc "Qualification of offshore facilities inspection and testing organization".
The research project of the Ministry of transport, research on standards for divers to safely ride aircraft after diving, chaired by our company, has officially signed a research contract with the Ministry of transport. The research of this topic will be officially started, and the research work of this topic is expected to be completed in December 2013.
On August 21, 2012, Guangzhou Branch of Bureau Veritas reviewed our underwater testing qualification, which was the first certificate renewal audit in three years since we obtained the qualification certificate of underwater testing organization of bureau veritas. After the review of on-site auditors, our company successfully passed the certificate renewal audit.
