In order to popularize water traffic safety knowledge and improve maritime social awareness, "maritime open day" - citizens' observation of 2017 Shenzhen Maritime comprehensive emergency drill was successfully held in Dapeng Bay on the morning of June 29. As an important part of the annual marine comprehensive emergency drill, the event was uniformly organized and dispatched by Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, with the participation of our company, Shenzhen Huawei offshore Ship Transportation Co., Ltd., CITIC Marine Helicopter Co., Ltd. and other professional emergency forces.

The drill simulated a "collision" between a passenger ship carrying tourists and an oil tanker carrying 1000 tons in the waters of Dapeng Bay in Eastern Shenzhen. Three people on the passenger ship fell into the water, some passengers were injured, the pipeline of the oil tanker was damaged, and a small amount of cargo oil leaked. Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration organized more than 10 units to carry out emergency rescue and marine pollution cleaning. The joint exercise included five subjects: first aid and air transfer, search and rescue of drowning personnel, offshore oil spill disposal, offshore fire fighting and hull exploration. Shanye company was mainly responsible for the hull underwater exploration of the wrecked tanker and participated in the air transfer of the wounded. A total of 21 boats, 1 helicopter, 2 ambulances, 30 maritime volunteers and more than 250 participants from 14 units participated in the rescue drill, realizing the tripartite linkage of sea, land and air, the seamless connection between maritime rescue, air search and rescue and land medical resettlement, and simulating the actual situation of maritime rescue to the greatest extent Dapeng New Area Government and other relevant leaders and more than 70 citizens took a boat to observe the whole process.
