The "South China Sea in full bloom" emergency operation was commended by CNOOC
In order to popularize water traffic safety knowledge and improve maritime social awareness, "maritime open day" - citizens' observation of 2017 Shenzhen Maritime comprehensive emergency drill was successfully held in Dapeng Bay on the morning of June 29. As an important part of the annual marine comprehensive emergency drill, the event was uniformly organized and dispatched by Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, with the participation of our company, Shenzhen Huawei offshore Ship Transportation Co., Ltd., CITIC Marine Helicopter Co., Ltd. and other professional emergency forces. The drill simulated a "collision" between a passenger ship carrying tourists and an oil tanker carrying 1000 tons in the waters of Dapeng Bay in Eastern Shenzhen. Three people on the passenger ship fell into the water, some passengers were injured, the pipeline of the oil tanker was damaged, and a small amount of cargo oil leaked. Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration organized more than 10 units to carry out emergency rescue and marine pollution cleaning. The joint exercise included five subjects: first aid and air transfer, search and rescue of drowning personnel, offshore oil spill disposal, offshore fire fighting and hull exploration. Shanye company was mainly responsible for the hull underwater exploration of the wrecked tanker and participated in the air transfer of the wounded. A total of 21 boats, 1 helicopter, 2 ambulances, 30 maritime volunteers and more than 250 participants from 14 units participated in the rescue drill, realizing the tripartite linkage of sea, land and air, the seamless connection between maritime rescue, air search and rescue and land medical resettlement, and simulating the actual situation of maritime rescue to the greatest extent Dapeng New Area Government and other relevant leaders and more than 70 citizens took a boat to observe the whole process.
Recently, the company signed the contract for research on Key Technologies of cylindrical fwpso export with CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd., marking the formal undertaking of the project after more than one year's efforts, which is also an important achievement of Shanye company in implementing and promoting the 2017 policy and objectives of Shanghai Salvage Bureau. The cylindrical fwpso export key technology research project is a sub project of the "independent research and development project of marginal oilfield production devices" undertaken by the Ministry of industry and information technology. The project takes Lufeng oilfield in the South China Sea as the target oilfield to develop a cylindrical fwpso integrating production, workover, oil storage and export, Shanye's task is to study and formulate matching crude oil export operation procedures and emergency key schemes, and provide a new, more economical, safe and feasible operation scheme and technical reserve for the development of marginal oil fields and deepwater oil and gas fields. At present, some offshore oilfields in China are in the middle and late stage of development, and the production decreases rapidly. It is urgent to find new structures or technological innovation to maintain the production growth. CNOOC Lufeng oilfield was completed and put into operation in 1993. It has been relying on the "Nanhai Shengkai" fsou (floating oil storage and unloading device) with a ship age of more than 40 years to store crude oil. Under the condition of declining production in the old areas of the oilfield group, it is not economical to directly replace new oil tankers in the current oil price bureau. Compared with traditional oil tankers, cylindrical fwpso not only has unique shape, but also has significant advantages in integrating workover function, easy migration, reusable and resisting bad sea conditions. This new intensive device can not only help the development of marginal oil fields and produce economic benefits, but also provide an exploratory choice for the large-scale development strategy of deepwater oil and gas fields in the South China Sea in the future. Since the first oil ship in the South China Sea in 1990s, Shanye company has provided mooring oil extraction services for CNOOC. So far, it has safely extracted more than 7000 oil ships in the South China Sea and Bohai Sea. CNOOC attaches great importance to the rich operation experience and statistical data accumulated by Shanye in the service sea area by virtue of its technical advantages, and believes that Shanye, as a professional service company, has the ability to carry out systematic technology research The reliable conditions for data simulation analysis and scheme formulation are the positive consensus that has contributed to the successful cooperation of the project.

After years of technical accumulation and business expansion, following the successful replacement of FPSO offshore oil 111 lifting point operation platform in 2016, orders for offshore oil field projects such as tanker small hatch cover, engine room staircase and submarine door maintenance engineering have come one after another, and the company's machine repair business has gone to sea! The maintenance department, formerly known as Shenzhen Chiwan base under the service center of Shanghai Salvage Bureau, was once managed by the parent company Warwick company, mainly providing voyage repair services for ships serving oil fields in the east of the South China Sea. In 2012, in order to implement the localization management requirements of Shanghai Salvage Bureau and continue to effectively guarantee the aviation repair task, Chiwan base of the service center was transferred to Shanye company as a whole and set up a maintenance department, which mainly undertakes the 24-hour round-the-clock voyage repair task of oil field ships in the east of the South China Sea, and also provides offshore engineering company with the installation, fixation and disassembly of diving and ROV equipment on the working mother ship, The scope of work is limited to the port. In the face of the decline in the number of ship repair business and offshore engineering projects in the cold winter of low oil prices, the company's management adheres to the problem orientation: can the machine repair business enter the sea from the port and find a new economic growth point? After many efforts, the replacement of offshore oil 111 small platform in 2016 finally achieved successful ice breaking, and the innovative use of prefabricated special tools for outboard construction in the operation not only shortened the on-site preparation and construction time, but also greatly reduced the operation risk, and ensured and facilitated the normal oil lifting operation of the company during the construction period. The new small platform after eliminating potential safety hazards attracted the attention of the owner's leaders who went to sea for inspection. The leaders took the initiative to ask whether Shanye machine repair could do anything else. Following this business opportunity and previous construction experience, the company successfully won new project orders in early 2017. The project personnel rolled up their sleeves and are fighting in the front line of Panyu oilfield.
