In March this year, the company undertook the "offshore oil 111" mooring system replacement project of Panyu oilfield to provide air diving installation and FPSO heading control services for the project. Faced with such difficulties as "heavy operation tasks, non-stop production of FPSO, complex ocean current and sea conditions, many construction participants and frequent cross operations", the offshore project team was not afraid of heavy pressure and had the courage to undertake, invested in heavy work tasks with great work enthusiasm, and completed all work tasks before the arrival of typhoon, The excellent work performance has won the unanimous recognition of the owner and other construction parties. On July 22, CNOOC Panyu operation company specially sent a letter of thanks to commend the outstanding contributions of the company's air diving team and FPSO heading control team in the overall mooring system replacement project.
From April 22 to June 20, 2014, Shenzhen Shanye Industrial Co., Ltd. organized and implemented the replacement of 9 upper anchor cables in the anchor cable maintenance project of FPSO South China Sea endeavour STP (underwater turret production system) of Wenchang 13-1 / 13-2 oilfield for the owner Shenzhen COOEC Underwater Technology Co., Ltd. During the operation, the upper part of the STP is separated from the FPSO, and the bottom of the STP is connected with 9 anchor cables and suspended in the water at a certain depth in a state of natural tension buoyancy. During the operation, the depth of the STP changes with the tension change caused by the replacement of 9 anchor cables. The water depth at the bottom of the STP is at least 12m and up to 41m. The project fully adopts the air diving operation mode supported by dp-ii mother ship. Our company fully carries out the operation in accordance with the requirements of "diving operation on dynamic positioning mother ship" in IMCA international diving code. We are equipped with diving equipment such as open Diving Bell and its hoisting system, emergency diving cage and its hoisting system, two-way wired communication and video monitoring system with bridge and ROV operation control room, During the implementation of DP ship status warning system, in full compliance with the requirements of IMCA international diving code, bell people are equipped to take care of the bell underwater, and emergency divers are equipped on the surface. DP support has its advantages for the operation with large depth, but for the diving operation when the STP water depth is shallow, the DP operation with very shallow water depth has its unique risks to be considered and the risk control measures to be improved. On the one hand, it is necessary to consider the taut wire release safety at the starboard bow position (there are 9 anchor cables, 4 oil pipes and cables underwater radiating outward with STP as the center), on the other hand, it is also necessary to ensure that DP ship cuts into the working position at a certain bow position (New / old anchor cables are connected to the bottom of STP at the starboard stern inlet bridge), which poses a certain degree of challenge to the positioning of ship's working position. Moreover, the controlled umbilical length of DP operation in very shallow water and deep water conflicts with the requirements of divers' operation radius, which brings challenges to the formulation of field procedures and operation management of diving. The FPSO under the influence of wind and current is in use all year round, resulting in uneven stress on 9 anchor cables connected to it and unequal clearance at the connection and bite parts. During the replacement operation, the operation support ship needs to be positioned in a certain bow direction. However, when the bow is downward, the action direction of wind, wave and current is easy to affect the support ship, resulting in continuous unstable factors for underwater disassembly and connection. During the operation, we made concerted efforts to constantly challenge various new situations and solve new problems, and completed the project safely and smoothly. The soft science research project "Research on safety regulations for diving and underwater operation", which was presided over by our company and completed in cooperation with the Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of communications, Wuhu diving equipment factory and Shanghai diving equipment factory, recently won the second prize of science and technology of the Chinese society of navigation. The science and technology award of the Chinese society of navigation was approved by the Ministry of science and technology and the national science and Technology Award Office. The award can be referred to as the ministerial science and technology award. Research on safety regulations for diving and underwater operation is a soft science research project issued by the science and Technology Department of the Ministry of transport on October 30, 2007. The research project lasted more than three years from project initiation to final completion, comprehensively and systematically summarized the current situation and development trend of international and Chinese diving and underwater operation standards, constructed the overall framework of diving and underwater operation safety regulations system in China, and completed the formulation of two national standards: air diving safety requirements and mixed gas diving safety requirements. It has laid a good foundation for improving the overall safety level of diving and underwater operation in China, gradually realizing the comprehensive integration with the international market and enhancing China's competitiveness in the international market.
From June 19 to 20, 2014, CCSC auditors and their entourage supervised and audited the quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management system of our company in 2014. The three auditors inspected the implementation of our system in the past year by asking and viewing data. The auditor fully affirmed and highly evaluated the work of our company in the past year, and put forward pertinent opinions on the areas that need to be improved. Finally, the auditor put forward his hope for our company and wished our company to develop better and better and continue to maintain the leading edge in the industry.
The standard, measurement and quality research project of the Ministry of transport, "Research on standards for divers to safely ride aircraft after diving" (Project No.: 2012-348-203-060), passed the acceptance (review) hosted by the Western Transportation Construction Science and technology project management center in Nantong on June 13, 2014. The project is jointly undertaken by the project team composed of Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of transport, Shenzhen Shanye Industrial Co., Ltd., the Second Military Medical University of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, Nantong University and Shenzhen People's hospital. The project summarizes the current situation and development trend of divers' flight requirements after diving at home and abroad, analyzes the industry demand, finds out the existing gap at home and abroad, puts forward the classification method of flight requirements after diving, optimizes the division of flight altitude and subdivides the ground interval before flight. At the same time, a transportation industry standard "flight requirements for divers after diving" has been formulated, covering specific requirements such as classification method, altitude division and interval subdivision, and has been issued on April 15, 2014, Standard No. JT / T 909-2014. The standard is technologically advanced, economical and practical, in which non decompression diving is divided into non decompression diving with a total exposure time of no more than 1 hour and more than 1 hour and multiple or multiple days within 12 hours before flight, decompression sickness is divided into type I and type II, and flight requirements are given respectively. There is no such subdivision in the current international advanced standard, which is quite innovative. The research results of the project include the Research Report on the standard for divers to safely ride the aircraft after diving and the transportation industry standard post diving flight requirements for divers. It fills the gap in the research and flight requirements standards for divers after diving in China, reaches the international leading level, and timely provides assistance to divers who have injuries or diving diseases on site Safe evacuation, reducing the incidence of diving accidents, reducing the level of diving accidents and ensuring the health of divers have important guiding significance.
June of each year is designated as work safety month by the state. The theme of this year's work safety month is to strengthen the awareness of the red line and promote safe development. In order to carry out the safety production month, and in combination with the high-temperature operation in summer, our company carried out a cooling activity in summer. On the afternoon of June 17, yuan Guangyong, deputy general manager of the company, Yuan Zhen, chairman of the labor union, and Guo Xiaoping of the safety and quality department came to the machine repair site, diving equipment warehouse and oil lifting logistics base of Chiwan base to deliver "cool". This activity is carried out under the environment of thrift advocated by the state, simple and practical. What is sent is not only cool, but also a kind of care, a kind of warmth and a kind of trust.
