Since March this year, the company's Party branch and the Coordination Department of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch have carried out safety culture co construction activities. Both sides have integrated on-site operation safety into the co construction work node, with clear levels and steady progress. On May 22, members of the branches of both parties and Party members' representatives of Xijiang oilfield made a phased summary of the joint construction activities of the branches in the conference room of Shanye company.

At the summary meeting, Shanye branch reported 15 special safety activities carried out since the co construction of safety culture was launched, introduced recent events affecting the safety of oil extraction operation and corresponding solutions, and defined the key work planned for the next stage. The coordination department branch of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch said that under the background of increasing production tasks and increasing oil extraction frequency in the east of the South China Sea, it is more important to ensure operation safety. The joint construction of safety culture enables all operation parties to tighten the chord of safety, integrate party building into basic work in combination with the opportunity of joint construction activities, and jointly promote the solid implementation of safety work.

After the meeting, all participants went to Chiwan base to observe and guide the repair and maintenance of oil hose, and exchanged technology and experience in the use and maintenance of oil hose on site.
