Under the auspices of our company, the transportation industry standard "flight requirements for divers after diving" formulated by the Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of transport, the Second Military Medical University of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, Nantong University and Shenzhen People's hospital has passed the expert review organized by the Ministry of transport in Wuhu, Anhui Province, and will be promulgated and implemented soon. On the basis of collecting, sorting and summarizing various standards and guidelines for divers to safely ride aircraft after diving at home and abroad, this standard analyzes the development history, current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign safe flight standards or guidelines system after diving, the gap between domestic and foreign developed countries, and compares the standards or guidelines for divers in various countries According to the research results reported in the literature, consider and refer to the international standards that are more common and convenient to use, and consider the current actual operation of China's diving industry. While reducing the risk of decompression sickness due to flight, we should also consider reducing unnecessary time delay before flight. On this basis, the Chinese standard "flight requirements for divers after diving" is formulated. The standard specifies the altitude of two flights (helicopter and passenger plane), different diving types and whether decompression sickness occurs, puts forward suggestions on the shortest ground interval before flight, and puts forward supplementary instructions and treatment suggestions for flight in emergency and response to decompression sickness during flight, At the same time, some points for attention are put forward.
